Refund policy

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of the receipt of your order.

• Prints must be returned in their originally condition and packaging, we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do fit this criteria.

• Please note you are responsible for the cost of shipping your order back to us ( please email badbbanshee.prints@gmail.com for returns address)

• We unfortunately do not offer exchange on any of our prints.

• We do except any returns or refunds of commissioned work due to its custom nature.

Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your order within 10 working days of confirmation of your order, if your order has already been shipped please follow our returns policy above.

• Cancellations can not be made on any special request orders or commissioned work.

• Badb & Banshee are not responsible for any custom/import taxes incurred by the customer.

• Badb & Banshee are not responsible for any lost orders due to incorrect entry of shipping addresses entered by the customer.

• Badb & Banshee are not responsible for any typos/misspellings on special requests/ messages and or notes supplied by the customer.
