Shipping policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If there is a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. You will receive an email notification if there are any significant delays in shipping.

Free Shipping Offer
We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €75 (domestic orders only).
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to select countries outside of Ireland. Shipping rates and delivery times for international orders will be displayed at checkout. Please note that international shipping may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes. These are the responsibility of the buyer.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number (if you have selected priority shipping). Tracking information will typically become active within 24 hours of shipment.
Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may have additional restrictions due to size or weight.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
For international orders, customs duties and taxes may apply. These fees are imposed by the destination country and are the responsibility of the customer. Badb & Banshee is not responsible for any customs delays or additional charges incurred.
Damaged or Lost Packages
Badb & Banshee is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim with the carrier. Retain all packaging and damaged items as these may be required during the claims process.
